In the cases when the repair exceeds 50% of a replacement device NYDCS considers the job to be a total loss in which your deposit may be applied to a new machine.

In times like this clients may elect to instead perform a complete refurbishment to their copiers. If you elect to refurbish your machine this is your payment option.

Your deposit is no longer refundable as your technician has already attempted repair through regular procedures such as but not limited to maintenance, internal cleaning, flushes, and/ or ordering replacement parts.

This payment option may only be selected for existing customers who have an assigned technician and discussed refurbishment terms. This is a non refundable service as parts may be rare or difficult to obtain and significant time will be spent on your refurbishment. This service is a complete overhaul and meant as a last resort option only. This service may take 7-10 business days, based upon the availability of parts.
