It all started when…

Hossam started from humble roots and a big family. Buying a better computer simply was not an option. So he had to find a way to fix his computer on a budget. What started off as a child’s curiosity led to a passion for all things tech and ultimately a career of computer and copier repairs. Hossam was not alone, as he discovered so many others in NYC were facing similar issues with broken or faulty devices, with limited funds and no option to replace them.

When you’re great at repairs, word travels fast. One person referred another, and then they referred a few more friends too. Ultimately it was evident that a company that specializes in tech repairs was of desperate need in our community. In the last ten years Hossam has successfully repaired over 1,000 machines; saving tons of electronic waste from landfills. It became evident that this concern was not just faced by New Yorkers but also our neighbors in NJ, PA, CT, MA and DE. What started off as a child’s desire to play evolved into a repair business that has severed thousands of happy customers across the East Coast and will continue to save machines from landfills as long as there is a need for technology in our society.
